Loans: 140-160 for Choctaw nation - similar for Chickasaw - 10MM$ open for yet another - And Dustan said not to write of the Dakota project - That reference is IMO the First Dakota Plains Nation project in Manitoba. The above could be seen as old news and insignificant in some "investors" eyes - But in my book it is the result of damn good work done by Delmar and Dustan. We still anticipate to see yet another set of news, not necessesarily directly connected with the homebuilding. I'm referring to the news, that in addition would call for a new CC. The 3T rule here - Things Take Time - Yet I would be very proud as a manager to have achieved what ARET did since I started out as investor here. Sure it's no lean back situation - At all to provide the necessary patience must be a huge stress factor. I've been in similar situations as ARET is now twice over the last 18 years - "Per aspera ad astra" as my quote state means in a modern version: The way to the stars is a bumpy road. - And I'll add: To stay there is a wild rollercoaster ride. Those who dares are not to envy, only to admire. I had to tone down after my last visit up there. Did not become disabled in any way - Just added less urban values. Kind regards Jens
