The 15% likely roughly corresponds to a 200 or a bit less (eg 34 week) lower and upper Bollinger Band. At least that's the case for SPX.

Terry, I didn't think you were knocking anyone. I would be uncomfortable shorting a overbought market by 15%, it could be a blow off and just keep going. I would rather wait for some confirmation, this is why I use the indicators that I do use. Sasebo is nice. I like the south islands, probably because they're closer to my home climate which is subtropical. I always went to Shikanoshima, a small island dotted with small fishing villages. GZ
