Boom Doggy Dog,

I used Mr Pluvia's report as a foundation and researched this dog myself as I do with all these suggestions (Well, ok, I jumped blindly at NDE, but that worked out quite well).

I don't read the Yahoo threads as the noise to information ratio is too high.

There are many reasons I am short REXI and the longer it is halted, the more complicated the situation. Merger valuation does not take this long. I cannot understand why it is still not trading, UNLESS there are some serious problems.

PS Mr. Pink, it's past 11..... <G>

Broomdog,

Before scribbling information you parrot from someone else who is without a clue, I suggest you understand the subject matter. Particularly if you want to challenge my knowledge base. When you wrote this, you really had no idea what you were saying. In fact, I'm a little worried you were feeding on a bad batch of nuts...

<<<If you have been following REXI's Yahoo thread closely, you would see that Mr. Pluvia had some fundamental misunderstandings about how REXI handled gain on sale accounting. This doesn't mean that REXI isn't a good short sale candidate. It just means that you should judge the accounting issues yourself, rather than trusting Mr. Pluvia.>>>

I have a full grasp of the accounting issues facing REXI, including gain on sale. Considerably better I might add, than any of the other posters on REXI's Yahoo board.

Know your place in the big picture before opening your beak and squawking. If you are a parrot who follows the lead of those who actually do research, know the boundaries of your cage, and know the hand that feeds you.

Cheers Steve
