Hey thebeach,

I'm bullish on both ASND and prospects for a profitable LU buyout. But, I don't understand the stipulation of any fixed dollar amount. Lucent is going to buying with stock, not cash. Aren't the issues the relative prices of ASND and LU, and the projected strength of an LU-ASND combination vs ASND alone? Thoughts appreciated.
