Arnie, The only comments I will make are the following. 1. I respect, as previously stated--Dave Stewart's ability. Let him do this for a few more years a la Roger Craig. Big difference in handling 10 people as opposed to 25. Roger found that out. He might be very comfortable in doing what he is doing and not want the headaches of dealing with everyone, much less the "upper echelon: i.e. "The Steinbrenners of the World" I know, for a fact. that my cousin would never accept that type of position but is highly respected among his peers. He doesn't even want to deal with those headaches. Ask the late Billy Martin! In either case, Dave has listened, learned, and has grasped the true meaning of teaching. Brad
