Very true. I keep hearing how so many operators want to see WINR use someone else before they themselves take the plunge. Getting someone online at this point has mostly the effect of showing off the system, unless it is someone large, rather than revenue flow. However, it does well for WINR to finally start generating something. Miller

That is precisely why Winr has to show us something before things start looking better. They tell us the system was operationally as of Aug 31. Anyone can understand the hurricane, but what about TISS? Get moving and imho I don't like the way Skinner is handling the current situation. If TISS is close, why not give a projection? They can always pad some time in the projection to be on the safe side because all this "hush hush" attitude is really negatively affecting the prices...
