This is from Briefing.com:

Tech-heavy Nasdaq is now trading below its Aug. 31 close of 1499 and looks to be headed for its Sept. 1 low of 1477...

Do date, Nasdaq has fallen almost 530 points from its high in July...
Where will this stop and hope we are almost at the bottom.....

L WOlf,this morning i did exactly the same thing with the Dell i bought on margin. I am just in cash shares now. I expect we will be able to buy some in the mid 40s or as it turns up from that point. I have the feelilng we are close to the bottom of this correction but there may be one 500 point down drop day and i didnt want to be on margin at that time.

Hi Laura, so you went to cash...hummmmm. What do you know that I don't? Putting the market conditions aside, isn't Dell doing the same thing that it did prior to the release of last quarter's earnings? Or, am I wrong?

Laura, I, too, sold all my Dell@54 though my basis was 51. I wanted to have a little leeway so I could ride it up awhile before buying back in. Gulp. It was really hard. Well, you cannot lose money this way...maybe only miss some opportunities. Though I personally think it will go down more before it goes up. What about you. Care for a martini? (just kidding)
