dtc say they lift freeze if company put out release to say it is free trading stock.

Sounds to me that the DTC has proof the stock is free trading and not restricted. Are you saying the DTC is lying?

when stock is deliver to court to satisfy this injunction company going to call this stock into name. this is short squeeze time then!

Excuse me. me try explain in your speak! freezed stock not get called into name if no trial. trial must be. judge custodian. need verdict or no stock no short squeeze shareholders screwed!
