Jim,

I sounded concrete to me. Someone asked, "have you shipped any K6-2 400 Mhz in the current quarter?" Jerry responded by saying something like this: "That sounds kind of like a Clinton question. It depends on what you mean by this quarter. If you mean Q3, then the answer is no. If you mean Q4, then the answer is yes."

The question wasn't "will you ship", it was "have you already shipped". Unless Jerry didn't understand the question, it should be very concrete. It could be that he meant samples (that way he would still be technically correct). Hey, maybe Jerry should run for President.

Pravin.

Jim,

RE:Jerrys comment wasn't that concrete.

Jerrys answer was very concrete. A analyst ask did you ship any k6-2 400's. Jerry responded. I don't understand your question but if your question is did we ship any K6-2 400's in Q3? Or is it have you shipped any K6-2 400's yet. If that the case the answer to the first question is no and the second question yes.

Clearly Jerry stated that AMD shipped k6-2 400's but they were not in Q3 meaning that shipments have been already made in Q4.
