Paper and eabdad:
Best method I know of is to put up one's stock as collateral for a big bank loan. Bank "demands" that holder files to sell. Holder does so but also issues statement that he is merely using stock as collateral for loan (nobody gets unhappy with that). If stock moves down, bank requests more collateral, which unfortunately "isn't available". Bank sells stock. Holder groans and calls bank bad names even as he works diligently to suppress big grin.
