Would appreciate any comment you have on the Sugen buyout. Implications re LGND, either positive or negative. I am unable to understand the lack of interest in this deal even on other boards where one would think it would should be discussed.

In your opinion does the ELAN deal discourage other potential suitors for LGND? Why, why not?
