OOO K...LOL. Didn't mean an 8 track of course ......but I want that sucker. May bid $12. Due my AXC experience, one of those and a pair of the surfin glasses Randy mentioned are about all I can afford. Nakamichi made cassette decks of course. I think Revox has gone digital....but not sure. Meant open reel. Of course AXC has the digital decoder or deck option in spades. Well....wasting breath. There already are digital consumer VCRs for sale. Sony has one. On sale at J&R in NY. Yeah, I think that's the future when HDTV becomes the norm. An interesting site comparing digital recording formats. Scroll down to the DCT and DST and you'll see they drew the only editorial comment. They really are the best. Good luck. pacificnet.net
