Knave: Your "points" are being addressed in Court where they belong. Mr. Lanza and all the little Lanza's have been enjoined and restrained from trying to dispose of the stock they illegally obtained from ASTG. That ought to give you a clue as to how the Court looks at the "points." Perhaps you can call the Judge and tell him about it. Joe, how many of these catspaws are you going to run out to try and cover for you? Wes

John, Look at the June '97 Quarterly report. It shows IWIC turned back 990,000 CV Pref. Series B, 700,000 CV Pref. Series B, and 900,000 common stock was canceled from Topnet. How many criminals, crooks, what have you, would willingly turn that kind those kinds of shares back to the company? Wes missed or forgot about that little exercise. It amazed my attorney how in another deposition, Dal and V, under oath, said the exact opposite to what is stated in their lawsuit. That will be fun. L
