Sorry but the NASDQ sell off continues and it isn't sitting well with me...any good news is ignored. I'm hoping for big daddy Intel to beat the street by a wide margin and report decent sales in Asia like AMD did.

Yo, Jim, I feel your pain. Seems like we're still in the midst of a mid-term correction. Not to mention that this is the month of October.

Jim, >>>{re K7} I don't think AMD has hyped it at all.<<<

That's what I meant. The hype has been here in SI, which I know plus $1.50 today will get you a cup of coffee. AMD has been incredibly quiet, to me, too much so. I know AMD has decided to not blow their horn so much as of late, but even potential customers of the K7 don't know what it is. Can't design in what you don't know.

<<<LU down 50%, Cisco heading there...who's
next? Intel? Dell is even taking it pretty good...>>>

I don't think so (re Intel). One time that a low (relatively) PE stock is appreciated. Why SHOULD Cisco, Dell and Microsoft command PEs 2 to 3 times higher than Intel. Let's not start that one again.
