Here's what confuses me. Apparently, there was(Is?) an offer from VOD. If ATI knew of bad earnings or other bad news, it seems they would have taken offer at 65+. If there is no bad news, it seems company would make statement to that effect as they did last Dec. during round one of Asian flu. This all leads me to conclude there is something more than 'market conditions' to account for this, and the company is not talking - leaving (once again) the regular guy in the dark, while the big guys bail and leave us hanging. Just MHO FWIW. Regards, Dave PS In any case stock is in free fall. At this rate we'll see 30's tomorrow.
