AMD down almost 20% on very heavy volume. The Nasdaq is near a 52 week low. This is an ugly market for just about everyone. I hope this correction ends soon.

Jim, I don't know if they were production or samples but I would have to assume they were production pieces. I doubt Jerry would have answered the question if they were just samples. On another note the 99% of the analysts don't have a clue to what going on at AMD. I have been following AMD and the analyst recommendations for over 4 years. They have consistently either over hyping earnings or have been way to pessimistic. The only brokerage house I have any repect for with regards to AMD's estimating is Lehman Brothers and even they are not the great. So todays talk is just more trash. Robert
