I dont know Herb Greenberg except from some of the things he has done recently, The other side of the coin is the pump and dumb crowd, Herb just makes money by letting his friends shorts while he writes and releases articles under the guise of journalism and exposing fraud. I think it would be a great article exposing how herb fattens his luthenianan bank account by helping friends. The guy might have been good when he was younger, but now with age, not only did he loose a few brain cells, but integrity and morality went out the ears as well. Its too bad you cant put these crooks in jail. It seems stealling money in the market is okay since it involves so much of it. >> BancAmerica Robertson Stephens analyst Jordan Hymowitz added that he believes Resource America's liquidation value is closer to $20 a share. Last month, Resource America said its outside auditors, Grant Thornton LLP, "reaffirmed the correctness" of the company's accounting practices. Piper Jaffray analyst Steven Schroll expressed skepticism about the offer. "I know nothing about this company ... it could be a hoax. I need more information," Schroll said. He speculated it could be a short seller trying to drive up the company's stock. << But it could end up as CMM or FP, but then again so can any company.
