Wes,

Your points about Joe Lanza are valid, but i still have never seen any proof to back up any of the allegations. There are two sides to every story and as far as i know, no court has ever convicted him on anything to do with ASTG.

All,

My opinion, the stock price is sh%t because of the current managers, not Joe Lanza. Even if Joe was the worst consultant in the world and even if he has a sh^t load of stock, it's managements responsibility to run a company, not Joe Lanza.

As far as i know, there has never been a stockholders meeting and there never will be one. There has never been a vote and there will never be one. There has never been good information about what the company does or is doing and there never will be any. The press releases are vague and never amount to anything. Basically just plain old lies.

So as far as i'm concerned, JV, Dal and crew are idiots and scam artists because they do not run a company like a real company. But they made a lot of money.

The Lawsuit will NEVER go anywhere and it's just a f*&cking distraction to help cover up the money they put in there pocket. Hey everybody, look over at this hand while you don't see what this one is doing.

I also believe this company is going to be dead in a few weeks.

For running a company like they ran this one (with my money), I hope they get nothing but trouble with lawsuits for years to come.

jeff.

Wes,

Are you directly or indirectly employed by Aistar? You continue to blow smoke with baseless accusations. Suits are constantly brought in this litigious society, with or without basis. I have never met Joe Lanza nor am I a stockholder. I just find your arrogance fascinating and this whole thread rather humorous. I only started to follow it because of my interest in telephony and a thought of perhaps investing. I chose to not invest because I was watching a company in trouble and chose to not waste my money. Yes I did receive the complaint and that is what I based my last post on. Seemingly your only interest in this is not a fair discussion of the subject but rather your arrogant vilifying attacks on anyone who might ask questions which are not in alignment with your view point. The points that I referred to in my post you choose to not answer but rather make more denigrating comments. Good luck on your investment and I will continue to watch with amusement as the price falls through the floor.

John Sparks.

PS I am sorry for those people who did invest with the hope of a return on their investment. As always the markets are a crap shoot and there are numerous investments which fail. I hope that those people who did invest do get something back other than just several more people in prison at taxpayer expense.
