One more thing, Judy. Aby writes the following with regard to the same type of reversal action displayed by the NYSE Bullish %:

"If upturns from below 10%, 20%, pr 30% are followed by one or more columns of O's reaching below 30%, we will label this a Bear Market Bottom. Your initial recognition of a buying opportunity should not be changed. regard multiple columns of O's dropping below 30% after the initial upmove as an extension of the bottoming process."

So Judy, the NYSEBP has been down this road before. Though this market is presenting an investing environment that has never been seen before, the NYSEBP has guided investors through over 40 years of every conceivable type of market and, according to Aby:

"The NYSE Bullish % ranks among the premier technical indicators ever developed for forecasting general market price movements. Chartcraft developed the bullish % method in 1955. Although few technicians seem to use it, the technique has withstood the test of time"
