Did anyone see this on Lucent's ticker news yesterday? (part of it here) "Lucent Ships Product to Boost Network Capacity 80-Fold to AT&T Murray Hill, New Jersey, Oct. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Lucent Technologies Inc. last month shipped equipment that boosts capacity on phone networks by 80-fold to AT&T Corp. and another customer on schedule, Lucent Chief Executive Richard McGinn said. AT&T spokesman Dave Johnson said his company is testing the equipment and plans to install it throughout its network next year. McGinn declined to name the other customer. Lucent unveiled the product in January and said it would be available in the fourth quarter." Is this the 80-channel unit.....or is Lucent merely trying to IMPLY such an assumption? Anyone?
