RE: IMNX...the FDA Committee HAS to rule by Friday Nov. 6th, BUT they obviously CAN rule before then. It would be unusual for them to wait right up until the last day. Rumor is that they want to get it reviewed soon. Maybe even sometime early next week.

This is because of the Priority Review or "fast track" status that Enbrel is on.

Of course you know the FDA Advisory Committee already approved this blockbuster drug for Rhumatoid Arthritis by a vote of 17 to 0.
