From e-mail I saw traders going long 11:30-12:30 when the indications were still a strong downtrend. I got stopped out of YHOO around that time and I know that for a fact. The internets were the worst to go long and other plays like financial/biotechnology/drugs were much cleaner. It is better to miss the turnaround by a point or so then err and end up losing 3 or more.
