That's about a week late! Recession is an assumed fact around this thread. -g. Too much going on to get this in the evening news, what with the boobs in washington to report on. Now we get another lesson in the stubborn German character. We can move the world interest rates, just crash the markets, that'll drop 'em! And Japan seems to be dedicating its future tax revenues to holding the banks up.

I had a good laugh this morning listening to a South Carolina guy where his "proprietary formulas" gave some steel manufacturer a great valuation above current stock price. Among the possible factors was not, I suppose, the possibility of changing economic conditions and a flood of steel imports.
