I'll agree, and then disagree...here's why and a real life example I've private posted some thread buds about.

When CKFR took it's hit I bought all the way to the 8's..I completely replaced every share bought from 13 on up to 27. Then I sold all those...put what I could into personal Ira's and was left with less then 1/2 the CASH I started with on the higher priced shares. Shortly thereafter it became evident to me that...this was not going to be a CKFR unique pounding. Instead of staying Cash I took my proceeds and roughly exchanged 2 shares of CheckFree for 1 Share of Newmont Gold NEM. Since then Newmont is up $11 bucks and CheckFree is down $4. I can exchange back on a 5 CheckFree for 1 Newmont at will...Cash is not King...Gold is...JMHSMO.
