These are the same people who have seen the contracts and reports with LeDoux. Why don't they just publish these, verbatim, on their web site?

It is my understanding that jimmy john agreed to buy several million shares in the placement and put his friends into it also---then i believe he backed out,killing the deal.

I thought Kemp would be gone by now. I didn't think he could do it, but he really has managed to bring the stock price down to 25 cents and survive. Quite an accomplishment. I wonder what's next. . .
