Lets not forget that this company that this company is located right next to NSA. (No Such Agency). If the spy guys are using their tech capital may be "found".

True, but in some ways it's more insidious. The continuous series of
stock authorizations is continually diluting the equity of existing
shareholders. It's the corporate equivalent of a nation printing
more money - it instantly devalues every existing unit of that
currency.

Here, what it does is continually favors the new investors over the
old, because the new investors will demand an "exchange rate" that
is based in the present, not the past.

I'll be voting AGAINST the stock authorization in my proxy to the
annual meeting, though I fully expect that it will pass.
Consider it a protest vote.
