My guess is that there are no formal contracts between ledoux and naxos---just some basic faxed agreements. I don't know if that makes a legal difference.

As far as i can see,now that the new deal is cancelled, there are only two possible ways we will ever recover any money.

1) Johnson-lett comes up with economical number from COC material that is repeated at three non-biased labs with excellent reputations.Then johnson must be able to design a pilot plant based on those numbers.Then we must be able to raise money to build and test the plant.Then the thing has to work!

2) We sue ledoux and win.

Which one sounds more likely...opinions please!
