Looking for shareholders interested in suing REXI I believe REXI management has failed to act as a fiduciary to the company & the company shareholders. Furthermore, I believe REXI management has overstated earnings by using non-standard accounting. Lets cut out all the bullshit, I spoke with this loser at " Do We F**K Em and How" and he told me that he has been very close to the company and that they have been negotiating and discussing things for a while.. This is the biggest Fraud perpertaed by the Company itself they know exactly what is going on and got caught very quickly...like we would sit around and say ,"Oh my god , I better cover" Bullshit The first thing I did was sell and continue selling and those idiot analysts have got so much stock in inventory they cant possibly see the light of day. They get a nobody to come out and make this stupid announcement and then say its subject to this and that....Get Real. this stock isnt worth the ink I use when I print their press releases out. This is one smelly toilet streak of a stock that should be shorted until the end of time and never covered and the accountants and the executives should all be locked up in one big room with the Insiders of Solvex, Bre-X, Delgratia, IPMCF, LOCK, UFEM and let them deal with each other so they can see how really stupid they are.. The funny thing about scams is that they all have certain patterns and they are incredibly predictable...This one is one of the least sophisticated and most Neanderthal I've seen in a while
