Wes/all, As far as joe Lanza being a crook or criminal, he has never been convicted so he is NOT in my book. As far as illegal issue of stock to topnet, if that is true, then he's a crook. You state Joe ran this company until may of this year. If he did, the management of ASTG should be brought up on criminal charges and every shareholder should sue the f%&k out of them. If Joe didn't run ASTG, which i 100% believe he didn't (he just gave advice) then JV and crew are still idiots and scam artists because of the following points i have made again and again: - Late filings or none at all. - No information of what the company does (web page..etc.). - No meetings. - Stock price is sh*t. - Joe made some points in his last post. - Giving themselves bonuses and high salaries with my MONEY!! Wes, either way JV and crew are responsible and they have done NOTHING in the past two years. The company will be dead. Whatever arrangement with a financial package is a crock of sh&t. My as$ still hurts from all the false promises. Wes, not to be a d\|ck, but name one thing you or ASTG have said that has come TRUE in the last year!!!!!! You post about what is going to happen, but nothing ever does. jeff. ps. The post sounds a little harsh, it's not directed at you, it's my pissed off attitude about this scam i got myself into. Ohh, and I think i covered up the swears pretty good.
