shane,

It seems no good news will maintain any rally in the market. yesterday AMD reported with 11 cents better than expected estimates and I thought for sure today Nasdaq will be up at least by 3%. In fact after the hours yesterday everything was up. But it seems money is taken out of the market at the sign of any rally.

Today yahoo reported with 6 cents bettere than expected earnings. Already high techs and internet stocks are all up in after hours trading. But I have a strong feeling the exuberance will be short lived and we will see another down trend by tomorrow's closing. Hope I am wrong.

Chip sales are up, AMD and MOT have indicated that eventhough the uptrend may not quite be here but at least we are at the bottom (i.e. not near the bottom but at the bottom). And yet semis like LSI keep setting new multi year lows (not 52 week lows, but multi year lows)! Why?!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
