GC,
The DCITE JV is already shipping cards. What was posted on the web site was that this division would not contribute to revenues until the current quarter which ends in December. I do know that the European operations are now in the black.

Best Regards

GC,
<<<<...Wondering why on earth I defy all my rules of trading and hold a stock setting new lows >>>>

I don't know if you have checked the new highs and lows in the paper recently but we are not alone. Thousands of stocks are being shorted down to lows they haven't seen for years. We are just being caught in the down draft. There may be a dim light at the end of the tunnel and that is, our short is a naked illegal short. I just don't know if we are important enough for the NASD/SEC to do anything about it. We are all breaking the rules but where else can you get a $10.00 stock (wait till you see the revenues for the current quarter)for $0.80? We have been manipulated by market makers for some time now but we will have our day in the sun.

Best Regards

Grant, It's really hard to guess when we could/will be sold as there are just too many unkowns. I don't wee why it would have to take 6 months as you indicated, since the ramp up on Edge contracts is only 4 months and the TWC JV is already starting to ramp up. Add to this the past history of Edge growing revenues and I think that there is reason for optimissm that we will exceed the needed revenues in less than 6 months. Keep in mind that Murphy said when it happened, the sale of DCI would come as a surprise..
