Errr....not quite the same thing....

Hate to harp on this point, but the kind of engineers coming out of Raytheon's layoff are not the same profile as TAVA's plant floor types. Defense work & full service A&E work are very different from TAVA's core business - you'll find lots of civil engineers, mechanical engineers on the A&E end, electronic designers and engineers and test engineering on the defense end, with little or no crossover in the skills department.

Nevertheless, with 14,000, there's gotta be a couple useful people in there! What you might be able to find are some good project managers and a couple techies...Tom Bruhn at TAVA (came from Raytheon/Rust) might be in a position to find 'em.
