Tell me about it. I bought VISVX (Index Small Cap Value) in May, and am down 30% now! Even Brinker's Total Stock Market fund is down 20% from its highs... My only consolation is that I could have been in Index Small Cap Growth -- which is down 33% since then. And the other "consolation" is, of course, that we are still not in a bear market ;-) ;-) ++++++++++++++++ Look at the bright side, you could have loaded up on UTEK !!!! jim
