You're taking a risky position. Trend is down, volatility is high but not peaked. I think you're too early in buying in. I'd set a tight stop at just below $6 (would be a new low) and hope for the best. Its true that stochastics are turning and are showing a buy to cover signal--however its not a signal to go long. The trend on stochastics is down as well. It takes a high stochastics level to signal a buy on a downtrend. Good luck as always. I don't like to gamble on earnings announcements either.
