Apparently they do feel that Clinton exhibits clinical symptoms of some disorder or another that relates to "using" women, while having absolutely no feelings for them. I'm not saying that's the situation here - I'm only commenting that a so-called expert can be found to support pretty much whatever position you take on any subject related to BC and Monica. Sure makes it hard to feel confident that you have the facts.
