I will be more cautious than I would like to be.
Indeed I am long ESST but it all depends whether the company can deliver the goods. The new SVCD has been announced. If it can ship
several million units without any problem, then the stock can only go up from here.

Another item to be concerned is the downward trend of the ASPs are faster than the cost reduction. Quick erosion of ASPs are indications of too many suppliers. Hopefully ESS can fend off competitions by product differentiation. If they can supply something unique together with Philip, SONY and EnReach, even for several months, they can position themselves in a favorable place.
