Gottfried, The lowest it has been was 6% in September. From a recent high of 18.1 last week for a change of 12.1 in its reversal. On 9/1/98 the Semi actually hit 4.2 but does not go to 4, staying at 6, since it did not hit the whole number 4. This is one reason like like to track the data on the spread sheet. I can see how close we were from the next whole number. I now have the data going back to February 2. Just wish we would get back to those good numbers quickly and make us some great $$$$.
