Mark, while Yahoo has book value pegged at almost $5, I'm not sure how much faith can be ut in their numbers. And they have debt to equity as 1.07, but I read in a Merrill report just yesterday that it is 3:1 (3), and they should know since they did the convertibles offering!

It is hard to gauge sentiment and get inside the shorts' brains, but it has come up in Herb Greenberg's writings that cash flow and cash balance is a major issue to them.

That is why I am looking at this to be a key number in this quarter's report. Without any really expenditures for acquisitions, I am hoping that their balance sheet shows more improvement (it was looking better last quarter).

Earnings come out the 22nd.

Hope this helps,

Brian
