I should know better than to attempt an answer to one of your questions, but mama didn't raise a quitter..

From today's release (you don't have to tell us it's old news, you already have.. save everyone a post.. though it isn't old news)
First Americans Mortgage Corp., an AmeriResource Technologies Inc. subsidiary (OTC BB:ARET) announced Wednesday that the first Choctaw Nation mortgage loan, of an estimated 160 loans, has been approved and is scheduled for closing on or about Oct. 15, 1998.

A good guess for a date for generation of some revenues (via the closings) would be October 15, 1998.

I question your concern over how much construction is currently contracted for since that is clearly putting the cart before the horse. Here we see that the loans are near to closing, and at such a time as loans are closed but not before the question of construction becomes relavent.

If FA closes 160 loans and TC fails to turn any of those 160 loans into construction revenue, then we should be concerned. But to be harping on construction at this stage of the game, as you seem to be, is terribly premature.

The loans come before the construction contracts. Today's news tells us that another piece has fallen into place. I doubt you'll ever see the 0.003 entry point you're hoping for, so hurry up and get in.. you're a bit less obnoxious when you're hyping than when you're bashing anyway!
