Hey Chief

I think I am going to give up calling ABX overbought. I have a feeling I may be eating my words someday. Lets just say they are going to have a hard time maintaining their current growth rate in price.

I am slowly starting to become a believer that this gold rally may be the starting of the real thing. I had given up on the fact that people would use Gold as an inflation (or in this case deflation) hedge. However the last two weeks of trading is slowly changing my mind.

ABX, PDG, (with XAU.X) - 10 day chart - ABX and PDG are trading as the same company. The thing to take from this graph is that many of the big XAU.X run-up and drops are lagging the market by 5-50 minutes. Great trading advantage in the next few weeks if this trend continues.

Just for fun - 5 year ABX, PDG, XAU.X chart for a good comparison. I really do like this site.
