Jim, my mining 101 handbook says as a rule of thumb, the objective of most mining developments is to achieve a capital structure of 50% equity and 50% debt financing. We know that MDIN has beaten the equity route into "the ground"-what's a little debt among friends? :-)

Jim, by the way, I see no chance of any drill results being ready by the AGM. As of today, the earliest they might start would be next Monday.
Chief tells us that can drill up to 70 meters a day I believe.
Since they plan on drilling the first hole to a depth of 700 meters-it will take at least 10 days to drill the hole not to mention getting all that rock assayed! I guess they could get some partial results if they really tried. The IP data should be more than enough for the dog and pony show!
