the dow was down 1 today if you had asked me without knowing, just from watching the tape, I would have said down 300 interesting near panic selloff in many, especially financials and leisures (as I posted this am) example; MRG, Morten Restaurants, crashed because an analist said companies will be cutting back on expense accounts do to the upcoming recession/depression KRB came out with earnings this am giving me a huge gain on my hold over from yesterday VRTS also gave a solid open gain went into AVI and got my butt kicked GCO looks like a solid buy for a hold here again got a few flips, DSP REXI (whew) in BKB FNN very small and closed even on them bought COF all the way from 72 to 62, flipped some, down at close but after market they issued a release saying everything is fine, so it was up 3 after hours fingers crossed for another KRB on it at the open NITE, just may be dead wrong on this one; a real problem now to hold, dump, or add; damn I hate decisions this is about the most difficult market I have seen in many years sure wish I listened to my own caution a bit more need to put tape over half the buy key
