I do not think that the ARET stock price can afford any more news releases unless it contains verifiable facts on current, future and potential revenues. Did you thank ARET for caring about there Stock Holders during your conversation?? Did you have a chance to ask about ARET buying back shares Seems to me that if we are at the bottom they should be buying!! Best Regards

8-K is relevant information on the company. Planed mergers, non financial information, etc.
10-Q is quarterly financials.
