Once again the possibility of making some money on the CFV-MPV arbitrage is raising it's head!
As explained to me -
1) Mountain will be on the Toronto exchange by next week. It might even be announced today.
2) Once on the Toronto, Mountain will approach Camphor about buying out Camphor's portion of the AK-CJ.
3) Goepel-McDermid will act as middleman and determine the 'fair price' of Camphor's portion, and present this to Mountain.
4) Mountain either takes it or not.
5) If Mountain goes for it, we keep our Camphor shares - although there might be a name change - and Camphor continues in its alter ego as a natural gas producer, and we also get MPV shares (between .40-.477 MPV for each CFV).
6) This all could happen within the next couple of weeks.

It all sounds great, but I've been blowing this horn so long I'm getting dizzy.

*****Good Luck All!*****
