FWIW, I disagree with Kumar Ashok's analysis on AMD, they will continue to grab market share from INTC even if margins are lower. I
see AMD on a climb from here as their CPU speeds increase and they
announce the K-7 Processor soon. I could see them at $25 in 3-6 months. They are the only real competition to INTC in the personal
computer/general consumer market and will continue "own" the sub
zero market and soon the laptop market with their high performance
CPU's. They will soon have a "system on a chip" that will dominate the personal appliance/PC market at the expense of INTC and other
competitors.
