I'm glad management was very cautious forward looking. It makes it easier for Yahoo to beat the street in future quarters. If anything, Yahoo proved that the internet is viable and profitable. What other sector is doing better v.s. last year's earnings? Net stocks are going to be looked at as a safe haven. I expect most of the first tier internet companies will meet or beat expectations in the coming week. With another good quarter behind, there will be another internet rally. It may have to wait until November, but it will come.

And everyone can throw P/E's out the window. I saw Merrill Lynch (with a P/E below 15) lose another 35%. Same in the graphic chip sector. Low P/E's and stock prices falling like 16 ton weights.

I want to own net stocks, because there is very very low overhead. The market is expanding and still in it's early stages. And the profit margin potential is incredible.

The internet is the place to be! I am amazed at how many people knock the net stocks, while they post on INTERNET message boards. Ironic.
