I have talked to their customer service. They are not so experienced
as yet. It is third party and they have just been hired. They still
need quite a bit of training.

I have also talked several times to Tony at their Ft Lauderdale
head office. He claims to be one of the founders. He told me
that it does not pay to have customers who complain
about a problem and took it upon himself last nite after office
hours to deactivate my password.

Their head offices are extremely modest. They seem to only have
a handfull of employees.

I must say though that I take my hat off to Bob Leff, Pres.
He apologized, got my password reinstated, offered to come
to my house and promised to have a word with Tony.

Last nite and tonite I found their phone busy a few times and
when I was able to sign on, it was often very slow and at times
at a standstill.

I will give it a month. Hopefully I do not have to cancel my
service.
