Well, this thing is playing out just like I said. Seems that there is quite a bit of money to be spent on the well before it can accept any waste of any kind now.

i bet without further research most people on this thread does not know who Mr. Jackson is?

wrong - i've corresponded with Mr. Jackson on a couple of occasions in the past. he's been quite helpful in the past but he'll also tell you that he is not directly involved in the permitting of the envirotec well so his information may not be completely current. regards.
