Why can't GS or ML put a number in their computers to do just what I posted? They got fast computers too ... Fido is specialist on ~8% of NYSE stocks - they have faster boxes than Pentagon -g- The action is done by boxes, but who's programming them and for what purpose? In my earlier post TAs include what you call "black boxes", but they are not exchange members, like the firms with customers ...
