Actually the original point was that the president is held to a different standard that a CEO - because I have heard many here say that if this kind of contact went on in their place of work it would result in immediate termination (even for the CEO) - I doubt it.

The Presidency is a special position and I think a different and "higher" standard is appropriate. JLA
